技術說明:
台灣位於多颱風及地震頻繁之特殊地理位置,離岸風機的設置與風場的海氣象及場址條件息息相關,極端環境條件如颱風、海波流與地震以及海床土壤軟弱等因素對於離岸風機系統之性能與結構完整性影響巨大。本技術之重點在於考量國內場址極端環境與地質條件下,提出適用於國內環境條件下的離岸風機載重計算程序(Load Calculation Procedure, LCP), 建立離岸風機結合不同固定式水下結構之整合動態載重分析與工程設計分析技術。

Marine meteorological and site specific conditions of offshore wind farms are closely related to the offshore wind turbine installations. With the special geographic environment of Taiwan, environmental extreme conditions as typhoon, wave/current, earthquake and weak sea bed conditions are crucial for the performance and structural integrity of offshore wind turbines. The focus of this technology is to establish an integrated dynamic load analysis and engineering design analysis for various bottom fixed underwater structure of offshore wind turbine under the extreme environment and geological conditions of domestic offshore wind farms and the proposed load calculation procedure can be useful for design, operation and maintenance of future domestic offshore wind farms.
